Time to UNLEASH THE LORE INFODUMP!!!! I've always loved the 'secret military program using human test subjects' trope. I mean....it's not much of a trope if it actually happened in real life. Also, mega apologies for (possible?) spelling errors in the next few pages, I'm hopped up on coffee right now and kinda terrified I didn't spellcheck everything a few months ago when I was working on these pages.
